I will. Viktor will kill me himself if I don't take care of myself.
Oh yeah. Adachi was talking about the situation with Constellation the other day and saying a bunch of shit like we can't really do anything but wait, and it was pissing me off. I don't want to just wait around while we settle for scraps of info.
I was thinking I should get a cat collar that you can hide a spy camera on. I could sneak in somewhere to get a lot of good information a lot faster.
I call next in line to kick your butt if you slack.
...That isn't a bad idea. I could definitely rig something up. You're inconspicuous enough as a cat since a lot of people don't know you have that ability. It gives us something to do so we can try and avoid my Hail Mary plan...
[ Otabek leaves a package. It's neatly wrapped with a bow at one corner and a handwritten note tucked under the edge. Inside is this and the note says - ]
...It's the best plan we've got right now. Anything we do is risky, to be honest. At least this would give us the opportunity to get some intel without a slightly lower risk of being caught at it.
Uhm...faking a port out? It's my failsafe if things get really dicey.
[ The next response isn't a text, but a selfie of Yuri making the sort of face one might expect from a kid who got assigned a lengthy essay over winter break; exasperated and full of rebellious disbelief. ]
[If they had been together, Yuri would have seen the small fit of laughter such a look spurred from her. Instead, he gets a selfie in return; an impish smile and a calculating twinkle in her eyes.
If Dooku puts an actual hit out on him we can talk about that
But let's work on plans that don't mean a dozen people have to keep a lie up for fucking who knows how long. Tell me what kind of camera you need for a collar, and I can talk to Akira about where he wants me to go looking.
Like I said, Hail Mary. Hope is we never have to worry about using it.
Which is where this spying of yours could really help us out. Don't worry about the camera. I'd have to custom build it for a collar...Hopefully, Akira has some decent targets to focus on.
[Delivered a few minutes after Count Dooku's post hits the network, this message arrives from another username that's a jumble of letters and numbers. But the signature is the same.]
[He doesn't know, yet, whether this is truly a group or merely an individual presenting themselves as one. He doesn't know much at all, which is rare for him and thus quite a gamble; but he suspects the involvement of one man in particular. If it's that guy's allies, it'll probably work out.]
That's one way to do things.
You've crippled one head of the organization. That's no joke. But the remnants of groups like this are always the real problem. You should clean them up before a new Constellation can be born. I intend to make it my project- should you wish to do the same, I offer my alliance.
Since you've proven your results, I'll give you a piece of information as a show of faith:
This imPort is an agent of Antares. Possibly "was"; at the moment I haven't verified whether her memories have been altered or if this is merely an act.
It'd be my suggestion that you keep her under surveillance, at least. My intuition is that she's one of the ones whose purpose within the organization was least pure. She may be responsible for many crimes committed under their banner.
I hope you'll continue to use that interesting ability of yours in the best interests of people.
(I think you have an ally that knows how to contact me. Use him to pass messages, if you prefer not to use this method.)

Re: text; same pingback method as on the calling card
You managed to find me, so I'm going to assume you're serious about wanting to pursue this avenue.
We, as a group, have been betrayed before. We do not trust lightly. We'll follow your lead and observe. If this leads somewhere--or if there is more...we will see what happens then.
(Our shared contact...People can be compromised, but if he has channels of communication with you, we may use that at times.)
-PT.
Re: text; same pingback method as on the calling card
["People can be compromised." Boy howdy, Duo thinks, can they ever. And for sure, if revenge was coming, that would be a concern. He just hopes these "Phantom Thieves" have strong enough ideals to not waver.]
A tentative alliance is fine. We both have much reason to be wary.
Antares had few true allies, but let me ask you this: are you aware of the identities of the remaining Stars? Without that information, anyone involved in his downfall will remain at risk.
I'm watching for movement. Anything I see, I'll send your way. Take care.
[Of course, it's what he's not seeing that really concerns him... Where is that remaining head?]
We are aware of a few, but not many. I know the organization has to be much more widespread than the handful of names we have. An organization like this tend to be hydras. Cut off one head, get two in its place.
1. Just you guys and I think Yusuke's inviting someone. I wanna bring Yu too, but I'm waiting on what you guys agree about how to deal with him. 2. Yeah. The last week had Akira strung out like an over tuned guitar, and you all kinda need a break after that. 3. Yusuke suggested it.
